Lauren Humphreys BSc (Hons) GST MSST

Lauren is a graduate sports therapist specialising in musculoskeletal injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation in the field of sport and exercise.

She was awarded a first class honours degree in Sports Therapy from Coventry University and gained experience working for Team Raleigh, a professional cycling team and Stratford-upon-Avon RFC whilst studying. Lauren is also a member of The Society of Sports Therapists.

Lauren is a keen cyclist and is a member of the national level women’s elite road racing team ‘Bonito Squadra Corse’. As a result, she competes regularly in road racing and cyclocross across the country. Through sustaining her own injuries during racing, including a fractured shoulder blade and muscle tearing, Lauren has formed a unique passion for rehabilitation and is driven by the desire to help injured clients regain strength and confidence, both physically and mentally.
